Strawberry Cheesecake Punch

Ingredients

- 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen, sweetened strawberries
- 1 (8 ounce) package light cream cheese, at room temp
- 1/2 cup cream of coconut
- 2 cups 2% low-fat milk
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream
- strawberry slices (for garnish)
Recipe
- 1 in a blender combine strawberries, cream cheese and cream of coconut.
- 2 cover and blend until smooth.
- 3 pour into a punch bowl.
- 4 stir in milk.
- 5 spoon small scoops of ice cream into the punch.
- 6 garnish glasses with strawberry slices.
