Strawberry Cheesecake Punch

Ingredients

  • Servings: 16
  • 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen, sweetened strawberries
  • 1 (8 ounce) package light cream cheese, at room temp
  • 1/2 cup cream of coconut
  • 2 cups 2% low-fat milk
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream
  • strawberry slices (for garnish)

Recipe

  • 1 in a blender combine strawberries, cream cheese and cream of coconut.
  • 2 cover and blend until smooth.
  • 3 pour into a punch bowl.
  • 4 stir in milk.
  • 5 spoon small scoops of ice cream into the punch.
  • 6 garnish glasses with strawberry slices.
