Ingredients

- 2/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup tightly packed basil leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- ground black pepper
Recipe
- 1 place the parmesan cheese and olive oil in a blender or food processor; blend until smooth. add the red bell pepper, basil, red pepper flakes, and black pepper; blend again until smooth.
- 2 transfer to ice cube trays. freeze for up to 3 months.
