- 3 slices reduced-sodium turkey
- 2 slices reduced-fat cheddar cheese, quartered
- 1 romaine lettuce leaf, torn into large pieces (optional)
- 1 roma tomato, sliced (optional)

- place crackers in a small, resealable plastic bag. place the turkey and cheddar cheese squares into a separate resealable plastic bag. place the lettuce and tomato into a third resealable plastic bag.
- serve by stacking turkey, cheddar cheese, lettuce, and tomato on wheat crackers.
