Pumpkin Cream Pecan Pie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1 cup sifted powdered sugar
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 keebler ready crust pie crust
  • 1 cup pecans

Recipe

  • 1 in bowl beat cream cheese with electric mixer till fluffy.
  • 2 add sugar, pumpkin, spice and vanilla. beat till combined.
  • 3 in chilled bowl beat cream on medium speed of mixer till peaks form.
  • 4 gently fold into pumpkin mixture and spoon into crust.
  • 5 refrigerate at least 2 hours.
  • 6 arrange pecans on top.
