- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese (1 ounce)
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- kosher salt
- black pepper
- dippers (such as carrot sticks and pretzels)
Recipe
- 1 squeeze any excess liquid out of the spinach.
- 2 in a medium bowl, combine the spinach, sour cream, parmesan, garlic, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
- 3 serve with the dippers.
