Onion Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 4 large onions, sliced very thin
- 1/4 cup swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash tabasco sauce
- 3 eggs
Recipe
- 1 peel onions, slice very thin.
- 2 place in shallow 2 1/2 qt.
- 3 greased casserole dish.
- 4 place layer of swiss cheese over onions layer onions and swiss cheese only once.
- 5 combine in large bowl: flour, milk, salt and tobasco.
- 6 beat until smooth.
- 7 add egg, beat again.
- 8 pour over onions and cheese.
- 9 bake 35-40 min.
- 10 at 350°, in 9x13" pyrex dish.
