Spinach And Mushroom Goat Cheese Pizza

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1/2 lb mushroom, sliced
  • 9 ounces fresh spinach
  • 5 ounces goat cheese
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 gluten-free pizza crust
  • parmesan cheese, as needed

Recipe

  • 1 heat skillet with 1 tbsp olive oil and add chopped garlic.
  • 2 add mushrooms and cook until softened.
  • 3 add spinach and cook until soft.
  • 4 spread goat cheese on preprepared gluten-free pizza crust.
  • 5 top with spinach and mushroom topping.
  • 6 sprinkle on parmesan cheese as desired.
  • 7 cook at 350 until heated.
