Parmesan Black Pepper Crisps

Ingredients
- 2 cups loosely packed coarsely grated parmesan cheese (4 ounces)
- 2 teaspoons freshly grated black pepper
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 450°f.
- 2 place heaping teaspoonfuls of cheese 2 inches apart on nonstick baking sheet.
- 3 flatten the cheese mounds with the back of a spoon.
- 4 top each mound with a pinch of black pepper.
- 5 bake 1 1/2 - 2 minutes until just lightly browned.
- 6 cool 2 minutes, carefully remove to a rack cover with paper towels.
- 7 can be stored in the refrigerator in an air tight container for up to 3 days.
