Tuna Swiss Quiche

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (9 inch) pie crusts, unbaked
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tuna
  • 1 cup swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup whole milk

Recipe

  • 1 pierce pie shell thoroughly with a fork. bake at 375 for 10 minutes. remove from oven. in a bowl, stir together remaining ingredients and pour into pie shell. bake for 50 minutes at 350 degrees or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  • 2 from frozen: thaw filling in fridge. pie shell should sit at room temp until easily unrolled (about 15 minutes if it is coming from the fridge). follow directions above.
