Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup (to taste)
  • 1/2-1 cup fruit, of your choice
  • 1/2 package carnation instant breakfast drink mix (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 put everything in the blender and puree.
  • 2 drink.
