Ingredients

- 2/3 cup basil, minced
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/3 cup wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 -2 lb tuna fillet
Recipe
- 1 blend the basil, oil, wine vinegar, parmesan, garlic and pepper.
- 2 marinade the tuna in the blended sauce for 1/2 an hour.
- 3 bake at 180c for 15-20 minutes (don't overcook tuna).
