Ingredients

• 2 (8 ounce) packages each cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
• 2 cups heavy cream, whipped
• 2 quarts strawberries, halved, divided
• 2 quarts blueberries, divided

Recipe

• 1 in a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and extracts until fluffy.
• 2 fold in the whipped cream.
• 3 place a third of the mixture in a 4qt bowl.
• 4 reserve 20 strawberries halves and 1/2 cup of blueberries for garnish.
• 5 layer half of the remaining strawberries and blueberries over cream mixture.
• 6 top with another third of the cream mixture and the remaining berries.
• 7 spread the remaining cream mixture on top.
• 8 use the reserved strawberries and blueberries to make a flag on top.refrigerate.
