Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1/2 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons whey protein
  • 3/4 cup skim milk
  • 2 tablespoons egg beaters egg substitute
  • 3/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • 2 ice cubes

Recipe

  • 1 put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
