Spaghetti Squash Alfredo Low Carb

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 medium spaghetti squash, cooked by your favorite method and separated into strands
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 cooking the squash: i like to cut in half cover with plastic wrap, place cut side up in a dish with 1/4 celsius water and nuke for about 12 minute let cool, seed and strand.
