Peach Yogurt Pie

Total Time: 2 hrs Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 (3 ounce) box peach gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese (softened)
  • 6 ounces vanilla yogurt
  • 9 inches graham cracker pie crust
  • 2 cups peaches (slices,pitted fresh or frozen unsweetened)
  • 1/4 cup peach jam (melted and cooled)
  • 12 ounces frozen whipped topping

Recipe

  • 1 in a small bowl dissolve gelatin in boiling water, then cover and chill for 30 minutes.
  • 2 in a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese on high until smooth, add gelatin mixture and yogurt, then beat until light and fluffy then cover and chill for 45-60 minutes or until partially set.
  • 3 pour chilled cream cheese filling into pie shell and chill 6 hours or overnight.
  • 4 combine peach slices & jam in a small bowl.
  • 5 cut pie into 8 slices, place on dessert plates and top with peach mixture and top with whipped topping .
