Spinach Artichoke Dip

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 13 ounces canned artichoke hearts
  • 1/4 cup frozen chopped spinach
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup pecorino romano cheese (grated)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)

Recipe

  • 1 drain can of artichoke hearts and chop; do not chop too small.
  • 2 in a mixing bowl add artichokes and all other ingredients and mix well.
  • 3 grease a 9-inch cake pan with a quality no-stick spray.
