Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 12 ounces cool whip
- 1 teaspoon coconut extract
- 7 ounces coconut flakes
- 8 inches prepared graham cracker crusts
Recipe
- 1 in a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and cool whip until thoroughly combined. add coconut extract and coconut. mound into pie shell and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
