Fruit & Swiss Dip

Total Time: 36 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 16 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) container cream cheese with pineapple
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons apple juice

Recipe

  • 1 apple or pear wedges and crackers.
  • 2 combine first four ingredients in mixing bowl.
  • 3 beat with electric mixer until blended.
  • 4 place mixture into ungreased 9" pie pan.
  • 5 bake at 375 for 14-16 minutes.
  • 6 serve with assorted fruit wedges and crackers.
