- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 ounces feta cheese
- 1/8 cup parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 cook and drain spaghetti.
- 2 in saute pan melt butter and oil together; add garlic; cook just until butter turns brown.
- 3 add spaghetti; toss.
- 4 add feta and parmesan cheese; toss.
