Spinach Artichoke Dip

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup nonfat sour cream
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts (drained, chopped)
  • 1 (8 ounce) package reduced-fat cream cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce) package fat free cream cheese
  • 5 ounces packages frozen chopped spinach
  • tortilla chips

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350f degrees.
  • 2 combine 1 1/2 cups of mozzarella cheese, sour cream, 2 tbs parmesan, and next 6 ingredients.
  • 3 blend well.
  • 4 spoon mix into baking dish.
  • 5 sprinkle with 1/2 cup mozzarella and 2 tbl parmesan cheese.
  • 6 bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
  • 7 serve with tortilla chips or browned pita wedges.
