Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup nonfat sour cream
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts (drained, chopped)
- 1 (8 ounce) package reduced-fat cream cheese
- 1 (8 ounce) package fat free cream cheese
- 5 ounces packages frozen chopped spinach
- tortilla chips
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350f degrees.
- 2 combine 1 1/2 cups of mozzarella cheese, sour cream, 2 tbs parmesan, and next 6 ingredients.
- 3 blend well.
- 4 spoon mix into baking dish.
- 5 sprinkle with 1/2 cup mozzarella and 2 tbl parmesan cheese.
- 6 bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
- 7 serve with tortilla chips or browned pita wedges.
