Ham And Swiss Biscuits

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 2 cups biscuits or 2 cups baking mix
  • 1/4 lb fully cooked ham, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese
  • 2/3 cup 2% milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon honey mustard
  • 2 teaspoons dried minced onions

Recipe

  • 1 in a small bowl, combine the bisquit mix, ham and cheese. combine the milk, egg, mustard and onion. stir into biscuit mixture just until moistened. drop by 1/4 cupfuls 2 inches apart onto a greased baking sheet.
  • 2 bake at 425 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. serve warm.
