Potted Cheddar Cheese Spread

Ingredients
- 6 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 12 ounces beer
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl combine the cheese and beer.
- 2 give it a good stir and let stand for 30 minutes.
- 3 blend in the remaining ingredients-mix very well.
- 4 pack into airtight containers and store in the fridge for 1 month or the freezer for 3 months.
