Sandra's Hot Dip

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 (16 ounce) can hormel chili, no beans
  • 1/4-1/2 cup chopped scallion
  • 1 (8 ounce) package monterey jack pepper cheese, cubbed

Recipe

  • 1 place all ingredients in microwave safe bowl and microwave until bubbly, about 4- 6 minutes.
  • 2 serve with taco chips like frittos.
  • 3 this recipe may be made ahead of time and reheated as needed.
