Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 10 ounces chopped spinach
- 6 ounces artichoke hearts
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 4 ounces diced green chilies
Recipe
- 1 defrost and drain spinach.
- 2 drain artichokes and dice into small pieces.
- 3 mix grated parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, chilies, spinach, and artichoke hearts.
- 4 pour into an 8x8" dish and broil in oven until top is golden brown.
- 5 when hot, stir 2 to 3 times and sprinkle with extra parmesan cheese.
