Spinach Artichoke Dip

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 10 ounces chopped spinach
  • 6 ounces artichoke hearts
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 ounces diced green chilies

Recipe

  • 1 defrost and drain spinach.
  • 2 drain artichokes and dice into small pieces.
  • 3 mix grated parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, chilies, spinach, and artichoke hearts.
  • 4 pour into an 8x8" dish and broil in oven until top is golden brown.
  • 5 when hot, stir 2 to 3 times and sprinkle with extra parmesan cheese.
