Easy Salmon Puff

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 cup bisquick
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (14 ounce) can salmon, skin and bones removed
  • 1 cup shredded swiss cheese

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 375.
  • 2 spray 9 inch pie plate with non-stick cooking spray.
  • 3 stir bisquick, milk, sour cream, dill weed and eggs with wire whisk until blended.
  • 4 gently stir in salmon and cheese.
  • 5 pour into pie plate.
  • 6 bake uncovered 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
