Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 cup bisquick
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 4 eggs
- 1 (14 ounce) can salmon, skin and bones removed
- 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 375.
- 2 spray 9 inch pie plate with non-stick cooking spray.
- 3 stir bisquick, milk, sour cream, dill weed and eggs with wire whisk until blended.
- 4 gently stir in salmon and cheese.
- 5 pour into pie plate.
- 6 bake uncovered 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
