Two Summer Squash Saute

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 zucchini, washed, ends removed, sliced
  • 3 small crookneck yellow squash, ends removed, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons shredded parmesan cheese
  • lawry's seasoned salt
  • lawry seasoned pepper

Recipe

  • 1 melt butter in non-stick skillet.
  • 2 add squashes, salt and pepper and saute until tender crisp.
  • 3 remove from heat and sprinkle with cheese.
  • 4 keep warm until ready to serve.
