Ingredients

- 1 (12 ounce) can condensed milk
- 1/2 kg cottage cheese
- 3 -4 powdered green cardamoms
- 2 tablespoons full cream milk powder
Recipe
- 1 mash the cottage cheese coarsely in a bowl.
- 2 add milk powder to it.
- 3 then, mix in the condensed milk.
- 4 heat the mixture in a thick bottomed pan.
- 5 cook on medium flame, stirring continuously, until the mixture thickens.
- 6 this will take about 10 minutes.
- 7 remove from heat.
- 8 spread onto a greased plate.
- 9 sprinkle cardamom powder over it.
- 10 allow it to cool completely.
- 11 cut into squares and serve.
- 12 store refrigerated in an airtight container.
