Kalakand Ii

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 25 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (12 ounce) can condensed milk
  • 1/2 kg cottage cheese
  • 3 -4 powdered green cardamoms
  • 2 tablespoons full cream milk powder

Recipe

  • 1 mash the cottage cheese coarsely in a bowl.
  • 2 add milk powder to it.
  • 3 then, mix in the condensed milk.
  • 4 heat the mixture in a thick bottomed pan.
  • 5 cook on medium flame, stirring continuously, until the mixture thickens.
  • 6 this will take about 10 minutes.
  • 7 remove from heat.
  • 8 spread onto a greased plate.
  • 9 sprinkle cardamom powder over it.
  • 10 allow it to cool completely.
  • 11 cut into squares and serve.
  • 12 store refrigerated in an airtight container.
