Low Fat Cheese Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup egg substitute
- 16 ounces cottage cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 place flour in medium saucepan. gradually stir in milk until smooth.
- 2 cook over medium low heat, stirring often until mixture boils and thickens slightly, about 5 minutes.
- 3 sieve cottage cheese into a medium bowl. beat in egg substitute until well blended. stir into cooled milk sauce. season to taste with nutmeg, salt and pepper.
