Sandra's Pretzel Jello

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pretzels, crushed
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 3/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 8 ounces cool whip
  • 1 (6 ounce) box jello gelatin, any flavor
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 20 ounces fruit, to go with jello

Recipe

  • 1 mix together pretzels, 1/2 c powdered sugar and butter. spread in 9x13" glass baking dish. bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, watch for burning. cool.
  • 2 cream powdered sugar and cream cheese. fold in cool whip. spread on top of pretzel layer.
  • 3 mix jello and water and let sit for a bit in the fridge. fold in fruit and spread over cream cheese layer.
  • 4 let sit in refrigerator 3-4 hours before serving.
