Southern Pecan Pie Mini Tarts-tartlets (tassies)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/3 cup dark corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped pecans

Recipe

  • 1 to prepare crust:.
  • 2 in a medium bowl, combine 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 cup butter, and cream cheese. beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth.
