Southern Pecan Pie Mini Tarts-tartlets (tassies)

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup light corn syrup
- 1/3 cup dark corn syrup
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup finely chopped pecans
Recipe
- 1 to prepare crust:.
- 2 in a medium bowl, combine 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 cup butter, and cream cheese. beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth.
