- 1 tablespoon low-fat mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 1/2 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 spring onion, sliced fine
- 12 olives, chopped fine
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients and blend evenly with a fork.
- 2 cover and chill for 30 minutes.
