Easy Chiles Rellenos

Ingredients

- 1 (4 ounce) can green chilies, rinsed, drained cut in to strips
- 6 ounces monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 1 cup sour cream (low fat ok)
- 3 eggs
- salt & pepper
- salsa
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 grease one 9 x 9 inch baking dish.
- 3 arrange chili strips in baking dish.
- 4 sprinkle cheese over. beat sour cream and eggs to blend in a small bowl.
- 5 season with salt & pepper.
- 6 pour over chilis & cheese.
- 7 bake until custard is firm in center about 25 minutes.
- 8 serve with salsa.
