Ingredients

- 2 campari tomatoes (cut into chunks)
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro (optional)
- 1 slice fresh mozzarella cheese, 1/2 inch (cut into smaller pieces)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 fresh garlic clove (pressed through a garlic press)
- 1/4 teaspoon dried sweet basil leaves
Recipe
- 1 put tomato chunks and mozzarella (and cilantro) in a bowl.
- 2 drizzle with olive oil, garlic and basil.
- 3 serve.
