The Best Artichoke & Spinach Chip Dip!

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese, romano, and asiago cheese mix
- 2 (14 ounce) cans artichoke hearts
- 1 (10 ounce) jar alfredo sauce (recommend bertolli)
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 10 ounces spinach
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Recipe
- 1 mix together cheeses, alfredo sauce, garlic, and pepper.
- 2 thaw and squeeze water from spinach, chop and add to the mix.
- 3 drain artichokes, chop to your preference, and add to mix.
- 4 stir together, spoon into a casserole dish.
- 5 sprinkle top with mozzarella.
- 6 bake at 350°f for 30 minutes or until the edges on top are turning light brown.
- 7 let cool and serve with chips.
