Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 (5 ounce) jar kraft pimento spread
- 1 tablespoon blue cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped and toasted
Recipe
- 1 mix cream cheese, pimento cheese spread and blue cheese togehter until they are combined well.
- 2 refrigerate for 2-3 hours or overnight.
- 3 form mixture into a ball and roll in the pecans.
- 4 serve with crackers.
