- 300 g fresh ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup caster sugar
- 3/4 cup prepared custard, thick variety
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 oranges, segmented
Recipe
- 1 using electric beaters, mix ricotta and sugar.
- 2 add custard, juice and vanilla.
- 3 beat till smooth and combined.
- 4 spoon into 4 serving glasses.
- 5 top with orange segments, refrigerate 60 minutes.
