Orange Ricotta Pots

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 300 g fresh ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup caster sugar
  • 3/4 cup prepared custard, thick variety
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 oranges, segmented

Recipe

  • 1 using electric beaters, mix ricotta and sugar.
  • 2 add custard, juice and vanilla.
  • 3 beat till smooth and combined.
  • 4 spoon into 4 serving glasses.
  • 5 top with orange segments, refrigerate 60 minutes.
