Turkey Reuben Bake

Ingredients

• Servings: 4
• 12 ounces turkey, cooked and chopped
• 1 (6 ounce) package stove top stuffing mix
• 1 2/3 cups water, hot
• 15 ounces sauerkraut, drained well
• 8 ounces shredded swiss cheese
• 1/2 cup thousand island dressing

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• 2 mix stuffing mix with hot water - set aside.
• 3 spray 8" square pan with pam.
• 4 layer turkey in pan.
• 5 cover with well drained sauerkraut.
• 6 layer stuffing on top of sauerkraut.
• 7 mix cheese and salad dressing.
• 8 spread over stuffing.
• 9 bake for approx 30 minutes til edges of casserole are browned.
