Red Grape Salsa

Ingredients

  • Servings: 20
  • 1 1/2 lbs red seedless grapes, halved
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon agave syrup
  • 1 bunch mint, finely chopped
  • 1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients and chill for at least one hour (or overnight).
  • 2 serve with toasted baguette slices and goat cheese or brie.
