Ingredients

- 1 1/2 lbs red seedless grapes, halved
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tablespoon agave syrup
- 1 bunch mint, finely chopped
- 1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients and chill for at least one hour (or overnight).
- 2 serve with toasted baguette slices and goat cheese or brie.
