Queso Corn Dip

Ingredients

- 2 (11 ounce) cans mexicorn, drained
- 2 (4 1/2 ounce) canned diced green chiles
- 1 (4 ounce) can sliced black olives, drained
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 8 ounces pepperjack cheese, grated
- cooked crisp bacon, crumbled
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients except bacon. microwave till it bubbles nicely. (i would check it about every 30 seconds and stir.).
- 2 sprinkle with crumbled bacon. serve with corn chips or tortilla chips.
- 3 (cooking time does not include time to cook bacon.).
