Kitrón (greek Lemon Liquor From Naxos)

Ingredients

  • 3 lemons, organic
  • 1 lime, organic
  • 2 1/2 cups ouzo
  • 1 3/4 ounces sugar
  • 1/3 cup water

Recipe

  • 1 wash lemons and lime under ho water.
  • 2 thinly peel them, avoiding the part of the peel because it would make the liquor bitter.
