Three Corn Casserole

Ingredients

- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 egg
- 1 (16 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (16 ounce) can cream-style corn
- 1 (9 ounce) package corn muffin mix
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375.
- 2 in a large bowl, mix together, butter, sour cream, egg.
- 3 stir in cans of corn and corn muffin mix.
- 4 spoon into buttered 2 quart casserole.
- 5 bake for 45 minutes.
- 6 add cheese and stir well.
- 7 bake for 15 minutes or until dish is slightly puffed.
