Ingredients
- 125 g cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh oregano, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 green shallots, chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 blend or process all ingredients until smooth.
- 2 store covered in refrigerator for at least 2 hours or preferably overnight before using to allow flavours to develop.
