- 2 (11 ounce) cans shoepeg corn, drained
- 1 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 bunch green onion, finely chopped
- 1/8 cup mayonnaise
- tortilla chips
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients, except tortilla chips. only use enough mayo to keep the ingredients together, not creamy.
- 2 serve with tortilla chips.
