Easy Corn Salsa

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 (11 ounce) cans shoepeg corn, drained
  • 1 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 bunch green onion, finely chopped
  • 1/8 cup mayonnaise
  • tortilla chips

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients, except tortilla chips. only use enough mayo to keep the ingredients together, not creamy.
  • 2 serve with tortilla chips.
