Tomato Quiche

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 2 cups swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 unbaked pie shell
- 3 tomatoes, peeled, chopped, and drained
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon basil, dried
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 sprinkle the swiss cheese over the bottom of the pie shell.
- 2 layer the tomatoes and over cheese.
- 3 sprinkle with salt, pepper, basil, and garlic powder.
- 4 beat the eggs and milk together, and pour over the tomatoes.
- 5 sprinkle wi th the parmesan cheese.
- 6 bake in a 350f oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
