Tomato Quiche

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 cups swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 unbaked pie shell
  • 3 tomatoes, peeled, chopped, and drained
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon basil, dried
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 sprinkle the swiss cheese over the bottom of the pie shell.
  • 2 layer the tomatoes and over cheese.
  • 3 sprinkle with salt, pepper, basil, and garlic powder.
  • 4 beat the eggs and milk together, and pour over the tomatoes.
  • 5 sprinkle wi th the parmesan cheese.
  • 6 bake in a 350f oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
