Ingredients

- 1 cup frozen lima beans
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/2 cup crushed saltine crackers
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 put lima beans, water, salt and pepper in a microwave-safe bowl.
- 2 cover, leaving a vent, and microwave on high for 3 minutes.
- 3 add cheese and saltines, stir up until cheese is melted.
- 4 eat and run on out the door.
