Ingredients

- 1 (9 inch) graham cracker pie crust, baked
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2/3 cup frozen strawberry daiquiri concentrate, thawed
- 2 tablespoons light rum
- 1 -2 drop red food coloring (optional)
- 1 cup whipped topping, thawed according to package directions
Recipe
- 1 the pie crust should be cooled at least 30 minutes before ready to use.
- 2 beat the cream cheese when an electric mixer on medium speed until fluffy.
- 3 gradually pour in the milk and continue beating until smooth.
- 4 stir in the daiquiri mix and rum, and the food coloring if you are using.
- 5 fold in the whipped topping.
- 6 pour the filling into the crust and freeze for at least 6 hours, or preferably overnight.
