Lemon-lime Layered Dessert

Ingredients

- 2 cups lemon-lime sherbet
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 (8 ounce) container cool whip
Recipe
- 1 line a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan with foil.
- 2 spoon the sherbet into pan.
- 3 (sherbet can be softened in the microwave for 10-15 seconds to make it easier to spread).
- 4 freeze 15 minutes.
- 5 beat cream cheese until fluffy.
- 6 gradually beat in sweetened, condensed milk and lemon juice.
- 7 stir in cool whip.
- 8 spread mixture over sherbet.
- 9 freeze for three hours or overnight.
- 10 cut into slices.
