Pizza Wrap (south Beach Diet Phase 2)

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 small whole wheat tortillas, 6 inch
  • 8 tablespoons pizza sauce or 8 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 2 ounces part-skim mozzarella cheese (4 slices)

Recipe

  • 1 place t sauce and 1 slice cheese on each. roll up burrito style, and heat in microwave until cheese melts, 30 seconds to 1 minute.
