- 1 1/4 lbs american cheese
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 cup diced jalapeno pepper
- 1/4 cup frozen spinach
Recipe
- 1 thaw, drain, chop and pat the spinach dry.
- 2 shred cheese to help it melt easier.
- 3 put all of the ingedients in a crockpot on a high setting until cheese is melted.
- 4 stir occasionally.
- 5 when cheese is melted. lower heat setting.
- 6 serve.
