Ingredients

- 1 lb sausage
- 3 cups grits, cooked
- 2 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
- 3 tablespoons margarine
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 cups milk
Recipe
- 1 cook sausage and drain well. spoon into a lightly greased 13 x 9 baking dish.
- 2 combine hot grits, cheese, and butter. stir until cheese and butter melt.
- 3 combine eggs and milk, then stir into grits. pour mixture over sausage.
- 4 bake at 350* for 1 hour.
